Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer sample return services beyond Manhattan?

Certainly, we can facilitate sample returns beyond Manhattan. Should the showrooms cover the shipping costs, either by scheduling a courier or providing a prepaid mailing label, we'll ensure a smooth coordination on our end.

Do you PROVIDE a detailed list of the samples you return?

Due to the high volume of samples we handle daily, we're unable to provide itemized lists for every return. However, if there are specific instructions or special considerations for a sample, please include a note in the bag, and we'll ensure it's addressed accordingly.

How do you handle unlabeled samples?

While we make every effort to identify the origin of unlabeled samples, it can be a challenge. To ensure the smoothest return process, we kindly request that all samples provided to us carry identifiable information.

How do you handle the return of damaged samples?

We recognize that designers frequently modify samples for presentations, workshops, or archiving purposes. However, once a sample is damaged beyond usability, our policy is to responsibly recycle it to minimize waste.
